Proven leader with over 10 years of experience in the consumer goods, import and export industries across Southeast Asia. Expertise in developing and executing go to market strategies, managing teams, and growing businesses. In 2018, appointed CEO of Attwood Import Export, where he oversaw all aspects of the company's operations. Leveraging his experience in consumer goods, business operations, import and export he has transitioned into a career in venture capital. He is passionate about identifying and investing in early stage startups and restructuring of existing businesses with the potential to disrupt the relevant industries.
Tommy Sim

Mr. Tommy Sim is a serial entrepreneur who has and continues to run and build a successful business in an array of industries in Cambodia, Singapore, and globally. His portfolio has a track record of total valuation at 400+ in the following industries: accounting, tax, compliance, advertising, car workshop, education, financial service, FMCGs, healthcare, global pharmaceutical trading, real estate, software development, blockchain and tourism.
Liv Bonito
Chief Finance Officer ACCA,CPA
Mr. Bonito Liv is a highly qualified and experienced professional in the field of accounting and finance. He holds multiple professional qualifications, including Certified Accounting Technician (CAT), Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA), and Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI).
Mr. Liv has been an active member of ACCA since 2013 and has been a member of KICPAA since 2019. He is currently pursuing an MSc in Professional Accountancy from the University of London.
Mr. Liv has worked as an Auditor at PwC Cambodia from 2013 to 2017. Since 2017, he has been serving as the Managing Director of Fourmi & Partners Co., Ltd., where he has been responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring its financial stability.
With his extensive qualifications and experience, Mr. Bonito Liv is a highly capable and knowledgeable professional in the field of accounting and finance.
Ly Leang Seanghor
Compliance Officer ACCA, CPA
Mr. Ly Leangseanghor graduated with honour from Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) with major in Finance and Banking. He was among Top 10 graduate from Institute of Foreign Lanugages (IFL) with B.Ed in Teaching in English as a Foreign Languages (TEFL). He is also an ACCA qualified and a member of Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA).
He had 4 years experience as an auditor and senior advisor at one of international audit firm. He was involved in advisory projects including evaluating internal controls, writing standard operating procedures, and conducting market research in various sectors.
Currently, he is also a co-founder of Fourmi Rouge PLC, a group company with investment in accounting, taxes, IT, medical clinics, logistics, etc. He is also COO of Fourmi & Partners.
Furthermore, he has been a director and governance consultant of multiple companies in various industries including medical imaging, medical laboratory, tour and travel, pediatric, logistics, delivery, etc.
